All loans are subject to underwriting approval, credit review, verification of income, assets, property eligibility, and compliance with federal and state laws, including Ability-to-Repay (ATR) requirements.
- Our Role
Depending on the transaction, MORTGAGEinc may:
- Act as a Mortgage Broker, arranging loans with third-party lenders; or
- Act as a Correspondent Lender, originating and funding loans in our name and selling them to investors.
Compensation is fully disclosed in your Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure and complies with RESPA and applicable law.
- Ability-to-Repay & Information Accuracy
Federal law requires us to evaluate your ability to repay a mortgage loan. You agree to provide accurate and complete financial information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in denial of your application.
- Credit Authorization
By submitting a loan inquiry or application, you authorize MORTGAGEinc to:
- Obtain consumer credit reports
- Verify employment, income, and assets
- Re-verify information prior to closing
This authorization complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
- Advertising & Rate Information
Rates, payments, and loan examples shown on this website:
- Are for illustrative purposes only
- Are subject to change without notice
- May not include taxes, insurance, HOA dues, or other escrow items
Not all applicants will qualify for advertised terms.
